I build brands, products and the teams behind them.
Today I work where design, technology and AI meet. I use the new tools every day, and I shape how teams work with them: new processes, new roles, a shorter way from idea to product. It is the biggest change my field has seen in thirty years. And I'm riding that wave. Right at the front.
AI makes everything faster. Today you can build a product right away, test it fast and make it better. But everything starts to look the same. I do the opposite. I use AI to make brands unique. What matters stays the same: a clear idea, a strong brand and people who care.
This site is my online archive. My current work is not shown here, but everything you see here goes into it.

NASH: Years into minutes.
NASH · since 2022
Planning a renewable energy park takes years. We started as a team of four with one goal: turn years into minutes. AI was in the core from day one, out of pure curiosity. Wind, solar, batteries and grid: one platform plans it all, from the first idea to the business case. I turned a heavy, complex industry into a brand and a product that users and investors actually want. I started as a one-person design team.
Today I lead designers in Hamburg and Barcelona. Our design library talks directly to Claude. We test live prototypes and generate code. In the meantime we had an exit. Today NASH is a TotalEnergies company.
Because of confidentiality, I can't show any work here. But I'm happy to show you in person.
Swiss football was average. So was the advertising of Swiss clubs. We convinced the club’s president, Gigi Oeri, to be braver. The positioning we built for the club was simple: always number one. The club wanted to win everything. Now its communication had to want the same. The result was loud posters and a campaign that made it to Swiss TV. The posters are now part of Switzerland’s national poster collection.
Around 2000, Napster changed the music business. People copied MP3s and stopped buying CDs. Showdown Records went the other way. A Hamburg label with Deichkind, KC da Rookee, Mr. Schnabel and Square One. We did what nobody else did at the time. Vinyl first. Promo records for DJs, before the release, with a cappellas and instrumentals. Strong covers. Music videos. Everything you only knew from American underground labels. I created the whole look: the logo, the covers, the videos.
moebel.de is a vertical search engine for furniture and interiors. The brand needed a sharper profile. I was part of the new in-house creative team that made it happen. We sharpened the positioning and the identity, and introduced a design system. Then came user tests, personas and campaigns online and offline. I worked on the apps for iOS and Android and on both portals: the one for consumers and the one for retailers. In the end the retail model worked like AdWords: shops paid for leads. Together with YouGov we ran studies and shared the results with the furniture industry. An industry that was, and still is, very analog.
Supper London brought food from ambitious chefs to your door. Made for people who want a great dinner without cooking or going out. I created the brand and the whole digital product. We started with user tests and personas. Then came the identity, an online style guide, the website and three apps: one for customers, one for chefs, one for drivers. Plus campaigns online and offline. It won the German Design Award and the iF Design Award in 2017. In the end, the founder made a successful exit.
It started with a content hub for what was then DNV GL in Hamburg. Then came the big one. DNV wanted to replace its printed customer magazine, MARITIME IMPACT, and nine ship magazines with one digital medium. A key step in the company’s digital transformation. We built prototypes, ran workshops and shipped an MVP to test every touchpoint. It won several awards. I looked after the client from 2017 to 2020. Good work brought new projects, one after the other.
